- The title document, the cadastral reference of form No. 2, the act on the land plot, technical data sheet (confirming the property right to stationary rooms, a storage facility)
- Copies of accounting (accounting) documents on the acceptance of technological equipment used exclusively for the production of alcoholic beverages for ownership (on the balance sheet of the organization)
- The document confirming availability of water supply, power supply and the sewerage
