- The document of authorized body of the relevant state confirming absence at the founder of the natural person - the nonresident of the Republic of Kazakhstan of criminal record on economic and corruption crimes and offenses, activity as the executive of the insurance (reinsurance) company, insurance broker or other financial organization during the period no more than in one year from the moment of deprivation of the license in the order established by the legislation, making decision on compulsory elimination, compulsory redemption of stocks of the insurance (reinsurance) company, insurance broker
