- Electronic copy of information about the candidate for the position of a senior employee
- Application in the form of an electronic document issued in accordance with paragraph 11 Of the rules for issuing consent for the appointment (election) of senior employees of financial organizations, banking, insurance holdings, joint-stock company "insurance payment guarantee Fund", including criteria for lack of impeccable business reputation, and a list of documents required to obtain consent
- An electronic copy of an extract from the decision of the management body of the applicant, established in the organizational legal form of joint stock companies, on the consent of the candidate to work in an organization (if the candidate is a member of the Executive body of the applicant works in a different organization). This document is not subject to submission if it is attached to the notification of the authorized body on changes in the composition of managers in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 6 of the Rules, which was submitted before the application for approval of the candidate\
- An electronic copy of an extract from the decision of the management body of the joint-stock company on giving consent to a candidate to work in a financial organization, holding company, or Fund (if the candidate is a member of the Executive body of the joint-stock company)
- An electronic copy of a document confirming the absence of an outstanding criminal record for crimes in the country of citizenship (for foreigners) or in the country of permanent residence (for stateless persons) issued by the state authority of their country of citizenship (for stateless persons - their country of permanent residence) or the country where the candidate has permanently resided for the last 15 (fifteen) years. The date of issue of the specified document does not exceed 3 (three) months preceding the date of filing the application (except for cases when the document provided specifies a different period of its validity). This document can be submitted by the relevant authority of the country of citizenship (for foreigners) or in the country of permanent residence (for stateless persons) by sending a response to the authorized body)
- An electronic copy of the certificate of professional accountant, issued in the order established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on accounting and financial reporting (for a candidate for the position of chief accountant)
- An electronic copy of the document confirming membership in an accredited professional organization of accountants (for a candidate for the position of chief accountant)
- An electronic copy of the document on the appointment (election), transfer of the candidate to a managerial position (in the case of submitting a request for approval of the candidate before notifying the authorized body of changes in the composition of managers in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 6 of the Rules)
