- Calculation of the value of goods, according to the Rules of import into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from countries that are not members of the Customs Union, and export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to these countries of precious metals and raw materials containing precious metals, approved by the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 16, 2011 № 924
- Application in the form of an electronic document, according to Annex 1 to this public service standard, certified by the service recipient 's EDS
- The copy of the foreign trade contract (contract), the application and (or) addition to it and (or) the copy of other document confirming intentions of the parties
- Copy of opinion for processing (in case of goods removal for processing)
- The copy of the document on statement on special accounting or the copy of the license for a type of activity
- Copy of the document (s) confirming the legality of possession (acquisition) of goods or copy of the mediation agreement
- The copy of the license or the contract (contract) for the right of use of a subsoil or the act of registration of the contract (contract) for the right of use of a subsoil (for subjects of production). Copy of export report (in case of goods export)
- A copy of a document issued by an accredited testing laboratory on the content of precious metals and related recoverable metals, which should provide information on the specific content of all precious metals in precious metals
- Copy of export report (in case of goods removal)
