Step 1. Preliminary verification of documents

- Electronic copy of the manufacturer's declaration (producer) on the presence of genetically engineered (transgenic) organisms, nanomaterials, hormones, pesticides in food attached to the request
- Electronic copies of the documents under which the products are made: standards, technical conditions, certified by the manufacturer (producer) (provided by one of the listed documents), technological instructions, specifications, formulations, certified by the manufacturer (producer) attached to the request,
- Electronic copies of documents on the specific activity of biologically active additives to food (for drugs containing unknown components, unofficial prescriptions), certified by the applicant
- An electronic copy of the manufacturer's written notice that the products he manufactures meet the requirements of the documents under which it is manufactured. As a notice are accepted: copies of the certificate of quality, security passport (quality), certificates of quality, certified by the manufacturer (producer) or the letter of the manufacturer (provided by one of the listed documents)
- Certificate of state registration of a legal entity
- Electronic copy of the manufacturer's (producer) document on the use (exploitation, use) of the product (instruction, guide, recommendation) (one of the listed documents) or a copy of it certified by the applicant
- Electronic copies of labels (packages) and their product models certified by the applicant
- Electronic copy of the sampling act issued by laboratories (centres) accredited (certified) in national accreditation (certification) systems and included in the Single Register of Certification and Testing Laboratories (Centres) of the EAEU
- Electronic copy of the research protocol (tests) issued by laboratories (centres), accredited (certified) in national accreditation (certification) systems and included in the Single Register of Certification and Testing Laboratories (Centres) of the EAEU for products, scientific report, expert opinion
- If the manufacturer uses nanomaterials as part of the perfume and cosmetics, it is necessary to provide an electronic copy of the nanomaterial information, including its chemical name, particle size, and physical and chemical properties
