Step 3. Submission of documents on obtaining the license (personal presence is not required)

- The electronic copy of the document confirming payment in the budget of licensing fee except for payment through PShEP (A form of data)
- The form of data containing information on existence of the building (a part of the building, the building, a construction) on the property right meeting the sanitary and epidemiologic and fire protection standards established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Form of data)
- Form of data on existence of the gambling equipment on the property right, with application of copies of the documents confirming the property right to the specified gambling equipment, certified by the sign and seal of the applicant (Form of data)
- Form of data on existence of contracts with the natural or legal entities who obtained the license for implementation of security activity in the order established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Form of data)
- Rules of work of a gambling institution, reception of rates and the carried-out bets in the state and Russian languages – in the form of the electronic copy of the document
- The contract with bank of the second level in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan on opening of a contribution at a rate of 40000 MRP, established by the law on the republican budget for the corresponding financial year, on condition of delivery of a contribution according to the first requirement (a contribution poste restante) in the form of the electronic copy of the document.
