- Instructions on radiation safety when carrying out the stated works
- Instructions for nuclear safety during physical start-up
- The instruction on radiation safety when carrying out the stated works
- Instructions for personnel actions in emergency situations
- The explanatory note about types of devices, installations, materials, substances, the deviations assumed to transportation and also about transport packing sets in which transportation is supposed (in any form, the explanatory note has to be signed by the applicant or the licensee)
- Certificate of state registration of the Vehicle
- Employee 's compulsory accident insurance contract
- Contract of compulsory insurance of liability of owners of objects whose activities are connected with danger of harm to third parties

Step 3. Submission of documents on obtaining the license (personal presence is not required)

- The statement of natural person for the obtaining the license and (or) appendix to the license according to appendix 1 to this standard of public service in electronic form certified by the EDS of an uslugopoluchatel;
- The statement of the legal entity for the obtaining the license and (or) appendix to the license according to appendix 2 to this standard of public service in electronic form certified by the EDS of an uslugopoluchatel;
- The electronic copy of the document confirming payment in the budget of licensing fee for the right with occupation separate types of activity, except as specified payments through PShEP. At issue of appendices to the license licensing fee is not levied;
- Electronic copies of documents to activities for transportation, including transit, nuclear materials, radioactive materials, radio isotope sources of ionizing radiation, radioactive waste within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this standard of public service;
- Form of data to activities for transportation, including transit, nuclear materials, radioactive materials, radio isotope sources of ionizing radiation, radioactive waste within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 4 to this standard of public service;
