- Copies of the documents confirming payment of authorized capital (payment orders, receipt cash warrants)
- Internal rules of implementation of insurance activity or Islamic insurance activity
- Provision on service of internal audit
- Notarially attested copy of the contract of participation in the organization guaranteeing implementation of insurance payments to insurers
- The document confirming presence of the large participating natural person or insurance holding
- The business plan on a class (classes) of insurance signed by the actuary

- The statement for licensing within the classes of insurance provided in the business plan presented when obtaining permission to creation of insurance company or the right of implementation of activities for reinsurance in a form (forms electronically) (A form of data)
- The copy of the document confirming payment of licensing fee for the right of occupation with separate types of activity at renewal of the license (in the form of the electronic copy of the document), except for payment cases through a payment gateway of "the electronic government" (A form of data)
- The copy of the charter (notarially attested in case of non-presentation of originals for verification)
- The documents testimonial of execution of all organizational and technical actions, including concerning accounting and the automation of conducting accounting conforming to requirements of regulations of authorized body and National Bank
- Documents of the persons offered at a position of executives of the insurance (reinsurance) company according to requirements of Article 34 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 19, 2000 "About insurance activity"
- The copies of documents confirming payment of authorized capital which minimum amount is established by the regulatory legal act of authorized body or National Bank
- Provision on service of internal audit
- Notarially attested copy of the contract of participation in the organization guaranteeing implementation of insurance payments to the insurers (insured to beneficiaries) at forced liquidation of insurance company under contracts of insurance if obligatory participation of insurance company in such organization is set by acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on obligatory types of insurance or the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About Insurance Activity"
- The documents confirming participation in the database according to requirements of the present Law and acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for obligatory types of insurance
- The document confirming presence of the large participant - the natural person or insurance holding (for obtaining the license for the right of implementation of obligatory types of insurance), except for cases when more than fifty percent of the placed shares of the insurance (reinsurance) company directly or indirectly belong or are delivered in trust management to the state or national managing holding
- Solution of general shareholder meeting on assignment of council for the principles of Islamic financing (for the Islamic insurance (reinsurance) company)
- The business plan on a class (classes) of insurance signed by the actuary
- The documents confirming execution of requirements, the risk management systems installed by authorized body regarding existence and internal control
- Data on existence in staff of an uslugopoluchatel of the actuary having the license for implementation of actuarial activity in the insurance market
