- The business plan on all planned bank operations opening the purposes of obtaining the license, definition of a segment of the market on which the applicant, types of service, the plan of marketing (formation of clients), sources of financing of activity of the organization, the forecast of income and expenses for the first three financial (operating rooms) years and showing that the applicant has the organizational structure corresponding to plans of his activity is focused
- Rules about the general conditions of carrying out bank operations of non-bank institution according to requirements of the banking legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Information about the first head of executive body and the chief accountant of the organization which is carrying out separate types of bank operations on electronic and paper carriers according to appendix 2 to the standard of public service
- Sitting about shareholders (participants) according to appendix 3 to the standard of public service as of the date preceding date of submission of documents
- The list of branches (in the presence of those) which will carry out separate types of bank operations, and notarially attested copies of regulations on such branches
- The documents confirming full payment of the minimum amount of authorized capital - payment orders, receipt cash warrants (except for legal entities in legal form of joint-stock company)
- The electronic copy of the document confirming payment of licensing fee for the right of occupation with separate types of activity at renewal of the license (in the form of the electronic copy of the document), except for payment cases through a payment gateway of "the electronic government"
