- For other organizations that have the right under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to carry out transactions with commodities containing precious metals - a copy of the document confirming ownership of exported commodities
- A copy of the foreign trade contract (contract)
- Statement in the form of an electronic document certified by the EDS service recipient
- A copy of a document issued by an accredited testing laboratory on the content of precious metals and related recoverable metals, which should provide information on the specific content of all precious metals in precious metals
- Refusal to process and/or affinity of goods from all hazardous metals entities or confirmation of the authorized authority on the existence of such a waiver, obtained in accordance with the order approved by the authorized body
