- For diplomatic and consular missions of foreign countries in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan - a copy of the letter of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on consent to obtain a permit for the Russian Emergency Service in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan
